All complaints must be in writing and will be reviewed by the volunteer Council Members for appropriate action per the Bylaws and Rules.

Vistitor Parking

Contact the strata manager in writing at property@wynford.com to obtain a parking pass

Visitor Parking Passes are $25.00

Visitors remaining overnight must clearly display a visitor pass

Building interior

Moving in / moving out

All moves must be booked, in advance, through the building manager.

There is a charge of $200.00.

We urge owners to pay their Strata Fees through our Pre-authorized Payment Plan (PAP); however, Owners may choose to pay by post-dated cheques. To set up for PAP, please fill in the Pre-authorized Payment Form (found on Wynford's corporate website under Forms at wynford.com) and return it to The Wynford Group. If you would like to pay by post-dated cheques, please make your cheques payable to your Strata Corporation (e.g. “BCS 123”), and ensure that your name, unit number and address are clearly shown on the face of each cheque.
